Delivery and Setup
Getting the most out of your computer is important to us. Unlike other computer companies, we don't just give you a box and say goodbye. We can deliver and set up the system for you. We can also schedule a follow up visit to go over any questions or training needs you may have.

Limited Warranty

All our systems come with an extendable 1  year limited warranty. A copy of our warranty is available upon request.
In the unlikely event that any part of your system should fail within the warranty period, we will happily repair or replace the defective part as soon as possible. If we cannot make immediate repairs, we will provide a free loaner part or system until the repairs are complete (business and server support only). We stand behind what we sell.

Compatibility
All of our computers are compatible with today's software. We use industry standard components so you can run almost any program without problems or patches. We use Intel processors for the ultimate in compatibility.

Upgrades
Most of the off the shelf computer companies want you to buy a new system every 2 years. We use standardized hardware that is fully upgradeable.  Our customers have kept their systems current for much less $$ than these other "disposable brands" on the market today.

Specialized Support
We can act as your system administrator for a fraction of the cost of an in-house specialist. We are on call 24 hours a day 7days a week to handle even your after hour network/system emergencies (DE Systems Server support only) .
